Halo Reactor Mod Question

There seems to be a problem with this battery or maybe not, not sure. It used to be 0.5ohm but now it reads 0.7ohm and I even remember 0.6ohm.

Now it grabbed my attention especially because I can set it to all the way up to 6.0V (50W). I was wondering why it was weak it was reading 3.8V (which is my usual setting) but wattage showed around 20w, at 3.8V it used be around 35w (i think)

I thought ohm resistance depends on coil head? I could only go up to 5.0V (50W) and 3.5V, 3.8V was enough for me, now I have to go to 4.6V (30.2w) to get what I used to get at 3.5V, how this changed all of sudden?

How long have you been using the original coil head?

May be the coil. See what happens next time you change the coil. I would suspect that a new coil will show 0.5. But if not then maybe the battery unit.

Make sure all the contacts are very clean. Anything on them might change the resistance.

Also, the coil wire changes with use, more so with the higher settings.

Interesting timing.... I started paying attention to what my resistance says on the reactor after reading this thread. So this morning, my reading was 0.6ohm. This coil is at least 2 weeks old. It may be more in the 16 day range. So I know it is getting near its end of life.

Ill finish off this flavor and then change the coil.
