This what she posted..
Yes! Also, the Twist is about a quarter of an inch taller than the 1300mAh battery and the passthru is just a tiny bit longer than that. I believe they are both 900mAh but don't quote me on that just yet!
Cinder I hope you don't feel like we hijacked your thread.

Yes, Pete. That was the last of a Trifecta of great reviews that solidified my desire to own a Triton as my first upgrade from a cig-a-like. The other 2 being 2 YouTUBE videos; 1 by SmokenJoey, the other by VaporChase.

Hopefully there will be another round of great reviews when the Variable Voltage (and Passthru) batteries debut, since VV is a very popular subject.

Yes Jeffsview, me too! One of the reasons that I went with the Halo Triton rather than piecing together a less expensive eGo/clearomizer solution for myself is that Halo is doing the R&D making sure that the sum of the parts is optimal. Some vapers that I know keep telling me that I could have saved $10 to $20 buying separate components, which while true, to me is more of a gamble. Some of the eGo/vGo kits I've seen have tanks that leak or are less effective, knock off batteries etc. I'm betting when Halo does put out there Twist and pass through batteries they will have been well-tested and worth the wait.

Because you all have been SO patient waiting for the kits to be released...I'm going to give one away!

My Triton journey will start as soon as twists arrive! :) I am hoping they will work just as well as the other avail batteries with the mini-tanks? This will be my first experience w variable voltage, hope I don't blow anything up! LOL!!! I only use Halo juices right now so am looking forward to a seamless experience! Thanks to Halo for making my entry into the world of vaping so fantastic!

Yeah, I don't get it. Save a few $, then have a device that doesn't work correctly, so keep buying more cheap devices to get something that works, sort of. After a short while, the person who 'saved' money initially has spent more than they would have just buying a Halo kit. This even applies to the e-liquid. I'm sure it was developed to work best in their equipment.
A pass-through would be nice. That's the main reason I still use a Vea.

I believe Cinder said they were doing early-release testing and getting the pages/seller info ready.

So, shouldn't be long.

The question then will be: are they going to add either dual-coil or BC tanks to the accessories :)

The T2-styles are working fine, but the marketplace is all aflutter with the newer stuff.

BC tanks would be pretty nice. It would for sure be an upgrade away from any wicking issues, however with BC's you tend to lose the heat off of the vapor, which in my opinion is a downside. I like feeling a little heat when I take a drag; reminiscent of the real experience of smoking. With that being said, I still would be interested in seeing an 808 BC tank that can fit on a triton seamlessly.

Lets see these twists Halo!

Surprised the VV wouldn't have an option to come as a 1300mAh to get that extra life if desired. As far as the pass thru goes, a 900mAh seems understandable, no need to go larger than that..
