To be close to what they where originally intended to taste like...
Those liquids where developed for Halo's original ecigs.

So 2.6 Ω Carto at 3.7 Volts
3.7 Volts squared = 13.69
Divided by Ω's 2.6
= 5.25 Watts

But Vape at what tastes great for you.

Halo Tribeca was always a under performer on the stock Halo ecigs, that one is best on most gear at 8 to 8.5Watts

I vape most things at 5.5-6 watts, 1 or 2 more on rbas so far. The only reason I'm responding though is that a lot of people say that the sweeter the liquid, the easier it tastes burnt, so with Tiki and Malibu, you might want to vape them a bit lower than you like vaping Halo's less sweet tobaccos. But as a few people said, it's all personal preference .. start low, go higher until you find something that works for you.
