SNOW DAY!!!

We moved to MI for a few years when I was a kid, and I remember listening to the radio in the morning to see which schools were closed... the only bummer was that my Mom usually wouldn't let me go out and play, because she said: "If it's too cold to go to school, it's too cold to go out and play!!!"

We moved back to CA after 4 yrs. of living there... LOL!!

My mom kicked us out the door.........

as a kid lived in iowa my whole life..
sometimes we lived really close to the school and i remember listening to those annoucments and the worst was when they announced no busses running in the country.... so yeah i'd still have to go to school...

Same here. I grew up two blocks away from my elementary school. Damn farmer kids had all the luck.
