If you have a new one, do this before using. If you have one misfiring, here's the fix.

  1. Remove the bottom cap and flip her over with an atomizer attached. Look down the battery slots, and loosen the 4 outside screws. Don't remove them, just loosen them until you can pull on the atomizer and remove the top cap.
  2. Remove the fifth screw in the center.
  3. Flip it over. You'll see two silver pieces, held in by 2 screws each. Remove the one in the center of the mod first by unscrewing and pulling it out.
  4. Remove the screws from the other piece, and carefully remove it. The firing pin is spring loaded, so don't just jerk it out and lose the spring.
  5. If it's misfiring, you'll see on the pin and 510 block where it is arcing. Clean the black off using something that isn't abrasive. If it's new, skip this step.
  6. Put a dab of Noalox on the pin on the side that contacts the 510 block, and another dab on the side of the 510 block where the pin hits.
  7. Reassemble and vape.
Your mod should now hit much harder and never misfire. To keep your device performing like this, repeat the process every 2 weeks to a month, depending on how much use it gets.
