thats what pisses me off I preordered on feb 12th for a blue one you called on the 19th and they sent you a blue one already. ...!!!
Just read on Facebook that hana is releasing the black mods in a week. So if you have a black mod on preorder, cross your fingers.

My preorder# is in the 900s. BUT, are the assigned numbers JUST for Hana Modz or ALL online transactions?
Agreed that Hana Modz is definitely not the issue here. SS Vapes seems to be the problem specifically. Baiting preorders with a 4 month wait, and B.S.'ing folks who write them.
I also had to write them twice in 72 hrs to get a response.

Holy crap! How many of us are there? This needs it's own thread. Every other "Authorized Dealer" is apparently closed to preorders, as an honest businessperson should be in this situation. Sans good ole' SS Vapes, who is still "trapping" preorders with their nonsense "30 days to credit your refund" statement.

Well, I'm just a few before you. This is a friggin nightmare if you ask me.
Ordered mine from Vapinart.com mid February. They have been excellent in keeping the pre-order folks informed. They don't charge credit cards until the order ships so that was a huge plus for me. I don't mind waiting as long as retailers keep me in the loop.

Ive waited for mods in the past but never have I been completely in the dark about when the mod will be available. After reading all of these threads about how long people are waiting I somewhat regret the decision.

Same here. I can wait patiently, and don't mind paying up front as long as we're not busting 60 days on this wait. If it's honestly longer than that, the preorder should be shut and put on a "Will Notify" like every other vendor.
They already got my $250. Now I want my mod and I'm not getting a decent answer.

Those are transaction numbers for all ssvape orders. My order is in the low 300s. My guess is that based on their numbering scheme (starting with 1000000...) a large majority of those orders are Hana orders. Until this device this is the first I ever heard of Ssvape. Looks like they have a good presence in Maryland as a B&B but maybe they just started recently taking online orders.
I absolutely wouldn't be surprised if 50 — 75% of those orders were Hana modz. I have no facts, this is conjecture only.

I can tell you that, as of this afternoon, SSVapes preorders have hit #1235.
If they have in fact taken $249 from over 1,200 people for Hana v3s, that would be outright fraud IMO.
Then again, that's why you use credit cards. Just call and void the charge, if they really are being unethical.

Thanks man. Looks like there is a lot of posts already. I sent an email to them with the link to inform them.
If you're viewing as a web page, select "posts by others" and someone posted on their page approximately 48 hours ago about the black minis and they said they'll be released in a week. Wish more of the hana preorders were on here. I assume that the order # is ALL ss vape orders not just Hana's.
