RY1 3%
I'm also waiting on a
Ry1 2%
USA mix 3%
The USA mix seems like I need to go up to 7% just can't get much flavor like a light cigarette. Anyone play with the USA mix if so % worked for u?
I have to use about 7% of the RY1 to get even some
tobacco flavor, Never tried the USA.
In general if you want more
tobacco taste I am starting to like this stuff:
ECX Signature Tobacco Blend in PG
It's basically like a pre-blended Tobacco Absolute mix but I find it far less grassy than the TA mixes I've made (also using ECX Signature AKA TFA Tobacco Absolute 50%). Try between 2-4%.
You can also add maybe 1% FlavourArt 7 Leaves to get more taste but much more than 1% it becomes very astringent/sharp.
If you want more ashtray get some FlavourArt Desert Ship, cut it down to 20% by mixing 1 part with 4 parts PG, then add 1% of the dilution and you'll get lots of ashtray, lol.
In general it is hard to make a "standard" domestic with a single flavor, they all tend to have some kind of distinct note - perfume, floral, ashtray, vanilla etc by the time you get the %s high enough to taste some "tobacco".
Low percentages of lotsa flavors, try maybe 4% of any Hangsen you've mentioned, the ECX Tobacco Blend, maybe 1% FlavourArt 7 Leaves, definitely 1% FlavourArt Burley and 1% FlavourArt Shade, a little caramel, and you are starting to get something like a domestic standard.
A little nut or peanut butter, a very small amount of diluted Coffee will all also help boost the "tobacco experience".
Complicated, I know but if you are looking tobacco with not "too much" of something else, low percentages of lotsa tobacco flavors is the way to go. Wish it were easier.
Hangsen T5 is also a little stronger than the ones you are working with but it has a sort of estery (AKA rotting fruit, lol) aftertaste I don't care for, kinda the same aftertaste you get from a lot of not very well made microbrewery beers.
