The boy that lives next door drew me a picture with hearts and it says "I Love You Cindy" on it !

My happiness today was a motorcycle ride out to Mystery Bay on Marrowstone Island. It's a small State Park on the water. Really quiet & peaceful and beautiful. It was a great day for a ride, 70 degrees and only a slight wind. Loved it!

Only 70 I will trade you for a few days....please!!!!

Right around 70. Probably the warmest day we've had this year. It will get hotter in Aug when summer finally gets here.

Edit: I must have done something wrong. CES's quote doesn't look right.

My happy today is spending the day with Shawn, I am going to miss that goof sleeping over and eatting me out of house and home when he goes to College! He went fishing with his G'pa last night (4 in the freakin' morning!) and they caught one trout and lots of catfish and stingrays. They catch and release..even the trout, it was under 10 inches. Mike said Shawn was hopping around from rod to rod because they were hitting so fast. They had fun. They are going again tonight/morning. I'll be glad when the tides are high at a reasonable hour so I can go too!

Classy..love letters of the kid kind are so sweet! You must be a great neighbor! Does Steve have to worry in 20 years?

Barrett has loved me since we met when he was 3 months old ! He would look at me, grin and then shy his head into his moms shoulder ! At about 5 months he started reaching for me ! ...melted my heart....he always includes me in his achievements...picks me flowers... he's a sweetie !

Yep....pretty much I am doing We are pretty used to it here though. Always like this in the summer, but I think there have been some records broke for how many days of 100 plus temps.

MK....glad you are both getting to spend some time with him before he leaves!

Classwife, there's nothing like unconditional love and admiration. You must have done something right to deserve it. Soak it up!

It's hot-hot-hot here, but my happiness is the free irrigation we received yesterday so things won't dry out as fast.

Also, I stayed up late snacking and drinking adult beverages (champagne with cran-raspberry) with my niece and friends after their concert last night. I'm so happy she has become such a positive, mature person.

My happiness of the day is.... I fixed my clogged cartomizer!! I am psyched, I have yet to fix any of my gear on my own, it usually frustrates me to the point where I give up, but I REALLY wanted my Bittersweet Tears in my dual coil mega, so I got out the paperclip (this is after 2 days of messing with it after cleaning the darn thing) and noticed resistance pushing it through. I thought "well screw it, throw it out if I break it" and pushed through a black mess. Now its fine

Glad you got rid of the black mess, rain. Feels good to me when I can fix something I don't understand.

My happiness today is being able to listen to my rain forest tape all the way thru w/o Pippin howling and whining at the speaker. There's no music at all on it, just the noises of the animals - birds singing, cluckings and gruntings of the smaller mammals, howler monkeys, roars and growls of the bigger predators. If you don't have a passion for the rainforests, it would seem bizarre and scary, but it's actually quite wondrous and relaxing for me.

My happy of the day was cuddling on the couch with my 7 month old granddaughter, Liliana, watching Micky Mouse Clubhouse and eating crunch berries before her loud brother and sister got up. (I am their daycare provider)
