That's the famous Skyline 3-way (it actually comes in 4ways and five ways but who in the world would want nasty beans to mess that up). Its a Cincinnati originated dish from the 40's. Layer of spagehtti, then ladled with Greek chili (meaty, saucy and delicious) then topped with finely shredded medium cheddar...the key to it is the finely shredded mound of cheese that just melts right into the first two layers...its amazing. When I go back hoem I hit it up about everyday ---> Skyline Chili - The Official Website of Skyline Chili

Love it so much I sent Chris a family pack of it and he devoured it in a few days...ordered some more on his own...

Thanks Dan,

That plate looked so good I was drooling on my monitor. Seriously, my wife and I tracked your link and she thinks she can pretty well plagiarize the recipe, mas o menos(+ 0r - ). She supervises dietary for a hospital up in Albuquerque.

Your guys's deliveries are now coming to us in rural New Mexico in never more than 2 days btw. That's really an improvement, don't know how it could be quicker.

Thanks.
