There should be a button on your key board. Then you past it in to a program like word or paint than you can save it as a JPG from there. Some times it will past as a JPG you just have to check it out when you do it. What are you trying to take a shot of.

Sorry I should have posted instructions about how to do screen capture!

Press PrtSc button, then open your paint program. Then CTRL V to paste the screen capture. Save it.. now you have a file saved of the print screen
