Following Joss. Crockpot loaded. Guinness on the brain now. I'll have to stop and grab some. Shillelagh waxed up and ready to go out today.

I have cabbage to go with my meal today, should I throw it in the crock at the beginning with everything else, or wait until I have like an hour of cook time left?
I don't typically use a crock pot I just boil mine for a couple hours. I only cook my cabbage for a few minutes after a remove the corn beef if you cook it very long it turns to mush.
I'm making a HUGE Cottage Pie for dinner (oh, so many potatoes, carrots, and onions to peel and chop and mash, and meat to roast). This will help me make it through the day:
How about some music to go with the Guinness? I celebrated yesterday - I'm an early adopter. Ha!
