I just received my evic today and this is my first APV but i must say this thing is very cool with all the features and all the information it displays on the screen. Before i figured out to display the ohms and volts on the screen i was going blindly at setting the watts. Alot of burnt taste but once i got the ohms and volts on the screen this thing is a dream. I have nothing to compare it to since all i have ever used are ego twists, i never tried a provari or a zmax or a vamo etc etc. Just wanted to say i am very satisfied with my purchase : D and happy to join the evic community, who needs a provari anyway :/ .... jk lol

I just had the same. I was looking for something more then my twist + mini vivi nova. For me it works. Is there something out there that pushes out more ? Yes. Is there things with better build quality ? Most likely. Am I happy with this ? yes. Does it fit my needs ? yes

I am already thinking about ordering a 2nd one, you got to have a backup plan :)

Do what I did, I bought a spare head, a mini tube for 18350s, and two batteries. Ala what I call my mini eVic. The threads on the mini tube aren't the best, so avoid over usage. I've got both of mine topped with a vivi nova stv tank, so everything is simple to use/maintain. Its great having two ready to grab and vape. It makes vaping a wider variety of fluids easier and more hassle free.

Welcome, while not my 1st PV it is my most recent pv purchase and I too am very happy with it. My Only gripe is that I can't get the darn usb cover back in for the life of me but I can deal.

This is the 18350 mod legaldisaster is referring too and essentially this is why I bought mine honestly I jus love this look and size, the main tube is my backup IF it ever comes to that but I doubt it will. However gotvapes has a black and a white tube & top cap (18650) they look nice.

Did you make sure the plastic little flap that hold the usb cover to the evic is pushed back in? The usb cover seems very fragile when i used it to update the firmware so i decided to just charge the battery with a xtar charger.

Just got mine too (but Monk already knew that ;) ) I was using it last night and just when I was thinking man I wish I could toggle the switch between vv and vw I discovered that if you twist to the right and hold it there it will toggle between the two and if you twist to the left and hold is toggles the upper left display between puff counter, ohms reader, and clock.

Not sure if this has been widely discovered, but I was jazzed to figure it out.

yeah i figured that out by accident when i was trying to dial down the vw lol. Have you figured out how to see how much battery voltage is left? I know we have a percentage display of the battery but i can't seen to find the voltage of the battery at all : /

mine didn't go in at first cause it was twisted. You know when you open the flap and plug in the micro usb to the evic, you fiddle with the usb cover to make space for the usb. Did you twist it so now its not going in? Might want to check to make sure its nice and flat and in the correct orientation.
