I've ordered twice from Happy Vaper and been very pleased with the wide range of flavors that I can select from and the delivery time given I live in the states and they are in Canada. I wanted to DIY and they offered FlavourArt, Capella and Lorann's flavorings all in one location which made it possible to do one stop shopping, which for me was a great incentive to do business with them. Being in Canada wasn't but I thought I'd try it out. They have everything for vaping but I was only interested in some DIY supplies. My first order was placed at the worst time possible; over New Year's. Everything was closed so I can't comment about that shipping time. My second shipment was placed on the 6th, shipped on the 7th and arrived on the 12th. Really not bad when you consider it came from Canada and it was just shipped regular mail. I didn't pay for special shipping.
But what has really impressed me beyond their product offering is the man behind the operations, Jack. He really goes the extra mile when it comes to helping you out. He follows up and is willing to give of his time to help you if you are having problems with vaping or anything related to it. I didn't buy my e-cig from him; just DIY supplies. But I was having lots of problems being new to vaping and I was ready to give it up. He took the time to talk with me and help me figure out what I was doing wrong. He isn't in this business just to make a buck. He's an ex-smoker and he genuinely would like to help others like myself to become one too. Thanks to him, I'm being a little more patient with myself and giving myself the time to transition from the analogs I've been smoking for over 50 years to my Joye 510.
Kudos Happy Vaper
