Hard draw on 510 cartos with Buzz?

I do have a shorty sealed adapter. Yes, the thing wouldn't work with or without it. Damn cartos! I will definitely try pushing it in a bit, as well as Mike's suggestion of filing a slit in it when it happens next. Thanks mod.
I always have the opposite problem. The posts on my cartos don't stick out enough so I have to pull them out a bit. Not a big issue because once it's done I don't have to bother with it again until it's time to clean'em.
Ok...got the screws and replaced the Philips screw with the slotted. Still having a hard draw, but now it seems the cartos themselves are to blame. They draw somewhat hard to begin with (bad lot I think), and then I put them on the Buzz and its a bit harder.
BTW....replacing that top screw is not issue (nothing will fall out inside that I saw/heard). But I will say if you have small slotted magnetic screwdriver it will make life a LOT easier!!!! Its hard to get that little screw down in there.

Oh good God ... ya'll are scaring the hell out of me ... I'm waiting to get my Mist next week, and have no idea what you are talking about. I was planning on starting out with a Boge 2.0 on this beauty ....
Don't be scared Jackie. Some of us are having issues with cartos, that's all. Not that it can't happen to you, but I think we just ran into a bad batch recently!

hahaha! @ ..... The 2 that i came across wouldn't draw AT ALL....it was only 2 of the box of 5, the other 3 in the box were fine. Go figure?
Check the tiny little are holes on the sides of the carto ..... Sometimes they are not fully punched. They can also get clogged up if you have a bit of a leak...I use a needle to make sure they are clean.
You know what Bov, I'll bet that was it!!! The only time you could draw any air through those suckers was when it was off the unit.
I also found that after you fill your carto...blow thru the "suck" end as well as the "...." end. When you blow thru the .... end it blows out any juice near those little holes. A sewing pin works nice if they are really gunked up.
