577. A raisin dropped in a glass of fresh champagne will bounce up and
down continuously from the bottom of the glass to the top.
And a teaspoon of brown sugar can make REALLY BAD champagne drinkable! I found that out when celebrating my graduation at the beach in December (the businesses pretty much shut down in the off-season around NC), and all we could get was garbage... someone at the house knew the secret! A $10 bottle of Cook's is drinkable with a teaspoon of brown sugar per glass... NO IDEA WHY, but it works!
