Ok here is my last and final issue: When I have not vaped a tank in a few hours it is very harsh apon vaping it again. Example: on my break at work I go to vape and its very harsh. This is with all juices. After about 10 puffs or so it starts to get better. Its like when the juice sits on the wick for awhile without being heated that left over juice gets bad. Any suggestions?

Help pls. What gear are you using? Tank/Carto or kangerpro with BCC, or something with the "hippie wicks"?
Im trying to figure out possibilities.
Also are ou 50/50 PG/VG or heavier liquid?
DO you think you "pull" hard the first few hits?
so many variables...info could help.
Thanks

As a force of habit, I always give my APV a little twirl around and a quick primer pull after not vaping them for a while.

I don't think it's anything to do with the juice going bad from sitting on the wick, rather I'd suggest it's simply that the juice is not in contact with your wicks, so when you take that first hit, you are getting mostly super-heated air.
