I placed my first order with them yesterday and received my 'shipped' email within 12 hours of placing my order. I have heard & read good things about them. I was thrilled to see their atty warranty of 6 months.
I monitored their forum here at ECF for quite awhile before I placed my order. I wanted to know how they communicated with customers, how they handled problems, how prompt they were to answering any issues and problems with equipment, etc. I was pleased with what I read here on their forum.
I used to order from another overseas supplier, but their communication had a lot to be desired. If a supplier can not, or will not, communicate when there is a problem, I don't want to do business with them.
I am not stupid. I know problems come up in any business. But when too many people are complaining that they are not getting a response to their inquiries and emails, then I avoid that particular business. That is my opinion and does not amount to a hill-of-beans.
So far, I am very comfortable with my decision to use
