Mlinky, I totally agree, tastes vary big time! I'm a reasonable person, my first eliquid order, I ordered 4 juices and liked, no LOVED 1 out of 4 ( 2 of em were vapeable, but wouldn't re-order em, & the other 1 sucked)! That to me is understandable, as you said tastes vary. But this order I went a little over board, (the prices were right and the company got great reviews), and ordered 8 juices an was SOOOOOO excited to get them! I still think that at least some of them just weren't "right"... I mean b-day cake tasted like pepper, others were super artificial and unappealing, (won't get into every flavs issue), NONE of them were vapeable to me at all!! Tell me you wouldn't be bummed?! I emailed them the night I got the order and one of the owners called me the very next morning! So far I've been impressed w/ his concern for "customer satisfaction", as he put it and asked me to send them back (sending all but 2 back, think I "just didn't like" those 2 but they tasted enough like their description to be reasonable). I asked him to PLEASE try sending some other flavors in their place (NOT a refund), in hopes of still becoming a happy and returning customer of theirs and if I still didn't like them, I'd give his company an "A" for customer service/satisfaction and just chock it up to different taste buds! And again your right that most vendors won't refund (but I have found a few that will exchange or replace them, which is AWESOME!!).
BTW, fuzznut, what's w/ ur post... "You spammers are getting more clever. Here's another that got past the mods" ?????? R you implying that I'm a spammer?????
