I ordered one on the 12th of Dec and still haven't gotten it. I called them on the 20th and they said they would resend another one. I still have yet to receive it. I am not sure what to do now. Every day I run to get the mail and every day no Jwrap. I am assuming that they are getting lost because of the small envelope they come in. I have ordered from them twice in the past and gotten my wraps in 2 days.
Has anyone else ordered a Jwrap this month?

I just had a package from Illinois to Pa make a hard right and end up in Anaheim CA. I guess with luck I'll have it Monday.....
Ordered one Last week and got it in 3 days here in DC. Maybe Santa snatched it up and gave it to someone else?
i have always had great response time from jwraps. Very good company to deal with. Maybe something got crossed up in the mail. they will make it right.
My girlfriend got me a J stand for Christmas.(same company) I can't say for sure what day she ordered it, but it was definitely after Thanksgiving. I know it arrived about a week before christmas. (Wait...no i don't. I DID NOT see that Jwraps shipping label, and it was completely a surprise, until just yesterday when I opened it. whew, almost blew it.)
I still have not received it. I called them Monday and got an email Tue saying they sent it back out with no reference to them sending it the last time I called 10 day after I placed the order. If I don't get it by Sat I am going to write it off and order from someone else I guess. I realize it has been the holiday season but I ordered it 21 days ago. This is unacceptable IMHO. I really am surprised. The other 2 I ordered arrived in 2 days.
