How many ohm should i get i want the most vape out of it
mine is 1.8 either are fine really. the key is a good power
I want an Aspire Mini really bad but I don't want to do mods or get into rebuilding. What battery can I get to get the most out of the mini?
you want to get a good MOD ( battery ) really made a difference when I upgraded. MVP2 I hear is decent, a cloupor dna30 mod clone are like 69. but having a quality MOD is what makes these shine.

I've bought mod after mod until I bought a Provari. Expensive? Yes! Worth the price of admission? ABSOLUTELY. In fact its so fantastic i immediately bought a 2nd one as backup.

A Provari and the Nautilus are an incredible combination!

Is the Provari a battery I can just hook my mini to? I probably will need a special charger? I don't get what a "mod" is- sorry to be so naive. Paul

It can be confusing. The Provari is an Advanced Personal Vaporizer with variable voltage. It let's you to increase or decrease the voltage sent to the Nautilus (to increase or decrease the amount of vapor based on your needs) and reads the ohm rating of the coil attached to the Nautilus to ensure the device is firing correctly. In fact the Provari is so intelligent, every fire of the battery is regulated so there is no fall-off when you vape as the battery loses charge. Most devices can't match this wizardry.

If you search the forum here, you'll find there is quite a following for Provari and while I once thought it was all hype, I can now say they are as good, if not better than the hype. If you want a great system (again, not inexpensive) that will deliver the best to your Nautilus, you'll be quite pleased with Provari.

So a Provari 2.5 doesn't have enough power to get the best from these coils? You'd have to max the thing out and have it on the ragged edge of failure in order to get a good vape? That's crazy.
I hear people are getting the best vape at around 16+ watts with these heads. That's beyond Provari territory.

The Provari 2.5 has more than enough to get the absolute best from these coils. I'm running mine at 4.4 volts and I could go significantly higher, but I wouldn't be able to handle the vapor the Provari could produce at a higher level.

I'm curious what gives you the idea the Provari couldn't handle these? I suspect you're confusing variable watts and variable volts. Provari is variable volts and is more than up to the task and then some.

As a matter of fact, if you go to Provari's website directly, where you can buy a Provari, they actually sell the Nautilus full size and Nautilus Mini right along side their devices. Feel free to take a look: www.provape.com It certainly wouldn't make any sense to sell a Clearomizer if it doesn't work well with their device now would it?

odds are they will be the original BDC's no worries, find the BVC coils somewhere else or online ( there were links in this thread ).. the BVC's SAY they are BVC's so.. check..

DaveP - you got BVC's right, I hope..and ya, i want one of the eFest Chargers those are nice.. the ones that say what the batteries current voltage is when you put them in the charger.. I have 2 of those purple eFest 2500mAh 35A batteries.. work fine..

Yeah, I got the BVC verticals in both the Kanger Aerotank and the Aspire Nautilus. Haven't tried them yet, but did charge some batteries. I already had a Trustfire dual bay and a 4 bay Nitecore Intellicharger I4. I probably shouldn't have bought the Efest, but it does display the current voltage above the bay that's charging and you can select .5A, 1A, or 2A charging rate.

The other neat feature is that you can populate the bays with charged batteries and unplug it and it becomes a USB power source equal to the MAH of the batteries in the bays. I'm assuming that it becomes a USB power source with 10,000MAH of USB power if you have four 2500mah batts in the bays. That's a long time power source for most USB devices.

Back on topic now ...

My Provari V2 tops out at 15 watts. I never need to go over 10 watts and that level with a dual coil will make you dizzy if you hit it too often. Most of the time I'm at 1.6 ohm/3.4v/7.2 watts and producing heavy vapor with the Nautilus. At 10 watts it gets warm and there's still 5 more watts to go.

OTOH, I tried Caroline's DNA 30 today at Stormy's and after a couple of hits from it and another similar device I got a little dizzy! She said it was 6mg juice. She had to drop her nic level when she started using it! The free air flow on the high watt atomizers are ridiculous. I think hers read 23.5 watts on the display. It was cool, produced humongous vapor and flavor, and there was no bite or bad taste. I have to watch myself or I will spend too much money in there!

Was the Provari 2 a variable wattage device? I didn't think Provari has ever sold a variable wattage unit? Provari 2.5 is variable volts, so I'm curious how you're determining your Provari tops out at 15 watts??

Porvari is going to max out on this head at 5.1 volts.
5.1 volts at 1.8 ohms will be pushing 14.5 watts which will be way more than enough. I can’t wait to get my mini in tomorrow’s mail to top my provari mini.
