Janty is the only company that puts a 6 month warranty on there Atty's know one I REPEAT NO ONE DOES THAT.

Actually, Health Cabin does.

Matte Black Atomizer for JOYE510 [JOYE510] - $7.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

So does Heaven Gifts.

Wine red atomizer for Joye510 mini e-cig - Spare parts - Wholesale & Retail Best E-smoking Supplier

They both always have. I have an eGo, and so far so good, I really like it, but the Chinese companies do have a 6 month warranty on their atties.

I started this thread just to see if there where a lot of battery problems, best I can tell there are not, I would never tell anyone not to buy a ego or tornado, this has been the best all around e-cig out of the 4 different models I have owned........... It seems that everyone including myself that have had a problem it was still under warranty.

Todays update on my post from me to you all straight from Ethans desk..!!!

If you have kept up on this thread and have read my earlier post, I sent my Batts back because I thought they where defective. Ethan tested all my Batts personally today. They where all fine it was my charger that must have been bad because his charged all my batts and they worked fine upon his testing them today, so it was my charger. Like I said in my previous post, Ethan and Mik and Janty as a company are not only for real both of these gentleman are dam good at customer service and handled me with kit gloves today. They have the only warranty on an Atty for 6 months in the industry and there products are awesome. I will be with janty, Mik, and especially Ethan as a Lifetime customer after today and how they handled me and my issues with my product, thats a fact, and if you two guys read this post, I thank you both for helping me with some stand up customer service second to none..!!!!

Thanks Ethan & Mik

Matthew

I know of two Tornado batteries that have failed, both light up but give no power despite cleaning of the threads and contacts. The charger light is saying both are fully charged. My two eGo batteries are still going strong though. Going to test my friends failed Tornado on my Janty charger to see if that makes any difference.

My eGo is on the shelf. All batteries are dead except one automatic which I don't like and it lasts about 2 hours. I have two e-mails to Janty customer service and have not gotten a reply to either one (almost a month now from the first one). 1st charger died also and I bought 2 new ones......batts still won't charge.

I'm done with this company.

I did... both EGO Manual Batts stuck on and fried my attys... dietsmokes replaced the entire kit immediately. Nice customer service.
My new batts don't stick at all... in fact, the manual buttons seem a little looser or less flush... not so angled... not sure if that's a coincidence or not...

Have an Ego and bought an extra battery, so I have three now.. I rotate them through-out the day,,,,so they don't even come close to dying because of use.... Have not had any problems, except once every few days, I use a Q-tip to clean out the connection
portion of the battery before charging them...
So far,,,,great......

I ordered my Tornado from TW the other day and was very excited until I read this thread. Hopefully I won't be an un-lucky one and get a kit that will last forever. Sigh.

Don't be disheartened! Your going to love your new Tornado and it should be trouble free, I've been vaping for a long time and to me the Ego/Tornado is the best device I have ever owned!! TropicalBob, who has been vaping a long time is also a happy Ego/Tornado user :)

I have had my eGo for a few months now.
Use it every day.
Have not had the slightest problem and I think it's the best 3.7V PV currently on the market, and I have used just about all of them, except
for the new Precise from Super T manufacturing.

Mine goes to work with me every day and I know I can rely on it
(something I can not say about alot of other stuff!!).

It has my very highest recommendation :)

Thanks tribalmasters, I hope you're right. I've got blu cigs now but am not totally satisfied with the product. I saw some video's and read some reviews of the tornado and it looks like it performs really nicely. Hope I get a good bundle.

i'm looking to buy another pv and had a tornado on my shortlist. now i'm having 2nd thoughts after reading this thread.........

Totally Wicked won't cover DOA batts from multipacks like Janty does. Plus TW only gives a 28 day warranty vs 6 months for the Janty Ego. Dietsmokes gives six months too. TW prices are too high anyway too. They suck!

I had one with the sticky button and they won't answer my PMs, posts or anything. The owner actually has deleted two of my posts on TW site.

:-x

I just got my eGo from dietsmokes yesterday. Great service, great shipping. One of my batteries has an intermittent button on it and I have to fool around with it a little to get the battery to come on.

I'm waiting until I have tested the second battery well before I contact dietsmokes about a replacement, but I don't expect any issues given what I've heard about them as a vendor.

Has anyone else had this problem? It started acting up a couple of days ago, the button light would come on, but after a few vapes the light would just come on for a second and no vape. If I took off the atty, the light would do right again. Put it on the USB charger and after about an hour I went to check it and it was so hot it came close to burning my fingers...:( Don't even want to try it now - I don't need one exploding in my face.....

Add me to the list of saddened Tornado users . . . battery went dead this evening after 2 weeks of having it. Button isn't sticking, just isn't doing anything. I put it on the charger and nothing . . . i hope to god wicked can do an exchange fast, I can't stand using my regular 901 bats! I feel like I'm on a merry go round charging those things, and forget going out for more than 6 hours!

-Gottabefree- Check that your charger is working properly with other batteries if you can, if not, i would hang it up, no sense in getting injured over a battery. :)

I got a few kits and out of the first two kits I opened all four batteries died doing strange different things within 24 hrs.
Burnt smell, started activating by themselves, no lights on at all, then suddenly working again, then flashing three times, then not working at all, then working again for a short time then dead.
IU think there are some serious problems with these things.
I sent them all back.

Been having issues with one of my Janty eGo battery of late. I'm running my with a 901 atty (510-901 adapter) and am getting more TH and vapour from my standard KR808D-1 batteries.

Sometimes it fails to fire when I push the button. Other times it will start flashing (to indicate that the battery is going flat) even though I've only used in an hour or two.

My other battery? Well, that kinda died when I dropped it into the campfire
