Has anyone actually heard from Steve since the move? I have emailed him at least 3 times and I think I PM'd him here. ( I am not sure if that was actually sent though, since I found out my options were set to 'not keep a copy of sent messages'. Anyway, I can't seem to get a response from him and I definitely have some bad hardware. I am sooo disappointed. Steve - if you read this - I really wish you would contact me. I am starting to loose faith. :(:mad::confused:

I've also been trying to contact him. I've sent 2 e-mails and 1 PM in the last 3 days and I still haven't heard back. I ordered my Pilot, atomizers, & carts on Saturday and the order still shows as processing.

I have an M401 but I really need extra bats and carts and unfortunatelly I have already promised to sell this Pilot kit (at cost) to a friend at work and I really need to reorder this stuff for myself. I've heard good things about Puresmoker but I'm kind of disheartened about this.
 
Well I contacted Paypal and it was dual billing on the part of the supplier, so they said Puresmoker needs to offer me the refund here's the thing. 3 emails 2 to info@puresmoker.com 1 to steve@puresmoker, 1 PM on here and 2 phone calls to Steve's direct line, so tell me am I wrong I've tried to get in touch with him MANY MANY times. I'm done with PS, sorry Steve I tried to be patient, 1 week Item not shipped people have received ordered that ordered after me no contact I just want my money back for the dual order.

I sent him an email Monday and got a reply within 4-5 hours. I was getting a little concerned last night because my order still said processing and it had been almost a week, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I can't believe that he's spent so much time building such a great reputation to trash it in a week, so I'm sure that whatever is going on is beyond his control.

I don't know him and this is my first order, but I've read too many great things about him to think that this delay is anything but the fact that he got extremely overwhelmed by so many orders in such a short time. So, I'm forcing myself to chill and give him time to get things done... but that's just me.

I can understand the frustration, this is my first ecig order and when I started to have hope that I could actually quit analogs, I wanted to start vaping 30 seconds later LOL.

I'm gonna continue to chill and have faith, I really believe he'll work things out soon. Maybe the fact that he hasn't posted lately is a good sign :)

Just my thoughts...

He will take care of you don't worry. He is just overwhelmed right now.

Aww, thanks for the reassurance :), but I'm really not worried, I'm sure he's doing everything he can. I'm just sooooo itchy to get off these analogs!! I usually only smoke at night (after my son is asleep) but I can go through almost two packs a night ... SICK!

Ironically, I live about an hour away from Puresmoker LOL. If I didn't have a toddler, I would have asked him if I could pick it up.

This is the only forum that I've used this username on, so if you've seen it somewhere else, it wasn't me LOL.

Anyway, just wanted to say that I just checked the site and both my order are now saying "shipped" Wooooooooohoooooooooo!!!!!! I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation email, but who cares LOL, as long as it's shipped I'm happy. :)

My order was placed around 9pm CT on the 20th, if that helps anyone to determine where their order falls in the flow of things.

Im done with Puresmoker to due to me being ignored. All I have been asking for is an answer. If you want "shipped within 3 hours, emails answered within an hour" type service, try to order from Ben @ Vapornine. I"ll pay for your order if he doesnt ship it the same day (thats how much confidence I have with Vapornine). I placed orders around 3PM Eastern and he is still able to ship it that day (he is also in the east coast!).

I hate to say it, but I feel that after my last order I will probably be done with puresmoker until it seems they have gotten through the issues presented this past week. Previous order with them have been great, but I'm still waiting a week for my first order to even get shipped. I'm sure things will get better, but until then I'll have to find another place to purchase stuff.

Well if you live an hour away then you should get it a day after shipped or even same day it shipped :shock:. I live 2-3 hours in Knoxville and it was here in a day or less from the time it shipped.

I do not understand why you would do that. I believe suppliers should honor their guarantee. I work hard for my money and when I spend it, I want respect from the person I gave it to. You are not going to rip off this lady without a fight to the finish.

I am really confused by the number of good reviews he gets. Does he only answer his friends or does he only take care of people that order
a thousand $$$. ??

I don't know what gives. I am waiting until Monday. After that , I go to plan B.
