Ah, now I see what your concern was. Yeah, I don't think FDA is going to approve any e-liquid directly and I didn't get that from it. Now I see how someone might. Still see nothing wrong with their promotion tactics.
This was also the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way as well. Good juice is good juice as long as it's not made with battery acid (you get the point).
