Has anyone used Tobacco concentrate from Samara

Does this concentrate contain nicotine, or is just a flavor?

This variaty of tobacco is supposted to have a higher percentage of nicotine in it. Some tobacco plants don't have as much. I am still working on it. It is pretty expensive compared to other tabacco absolutes.
