Has anyones orders been seized from david yang(eastmall) ?

Oh shoot, I forgot to mention, it was 14 days to get to my neck of the woods...but I'm in the center of the US of course...and I would expect I would wait longer. I was just putting that out there for any other possible customers.

Would I do business with David Yang with eastmall in the future? IN A HEARTBEAT HECK YEAH! I look forward to buying some strong unflavored stuff when I widdle this last shipment away!

Well you're giving me some hope that my order has shipped, but it's just not updating in their system. You would figure that with a company that large it would be very automated. Still not sure why he wouldn't simply respond to my numerous emails and say "hey shut up I sent it already." But I know they are swamped with orders. I'm praying this is the problem because my order is pretty big (which may also be contributing to the delay I supposed.) In the meantime I ordered some juice from E-smokey Treats this past Friday. They also showed my shipment as "in Process" and untrackable (when it normally shows as "shipped") and guess what was in my mailbox when I got home today?? So we shall see....

Yeah, there for a bit he didn't answer my emails either. I attributed it to maybe email issues on my end, but I'm pretty sure I have those cleared up. He just emailed me yesterday and asked me for the tracking number for my order, I provided it...then no response...then I got my order today. ROFL! Well, anyways, I don't know if my tracking number was messed up or what, I forgot to check. Regardless, I have waited 2 weeks sometimes for orders WITHIN the US...so I figure I still ended up on top. I'm pleased. Best of luck to you xxjrockxx when did you place an order? Have you rec'd a tracking # yet?

I thought based on your previous post you never got a tracking number or shipping confirmation which they state you will receive when the order has been shipped. I placed my order on April 8th...almost $500.00 total for the order. I deliberately ordered the minimum amount of liquid as it suggests not to order commercial quantities of liquid. But I needed several devices for family and friends. (In fact now I would like to simply have the liquid shipped separately at my expense---if they would answer my freaking emails.)
Almost immediately I received an order confirmation stating that my Paypal funds were received and that I should receive a shipping confirmation very soon. That was nearly a week ago with no further communication. My order shows as "In process" on their website, but they will not answer any emails at the multiple addresses I have sent to. I did a lot of research before placing an order this big and I'm really disappointed this is happening. Hopefully the order has been shipped.
 
Anyone else have their order shipped from Eastmall without getting a shipping confirmation or an order number? Looks as if it's simply "in process" then it just shows up?? Please someone tell me this happens from time to time....

I meant tracking number.....not order number. I have an order number. Just never got a shipping confirmation or a tracking number.

I just got my most recent shipment from him today. 7 days shipping which in my book is reasonable. Only had a problem once with a long processing time and that was due to a completely understandable event (death in the family). I would just recommend having patients. I think a number of sellers are becoming a bit overwhelmed by increased demand and it may cause some slight delays here and there. Good luck.

I just got a call on my cell phone with an automated message from UPS stating a package will be dropped off tomorrow. They provided a tracking number, but I was driving and had no way to write it down. I called back and they were unable to look it up using anything but the tracking number. I'm hoping this package is from Eastmall, but I have other things on order from other retailers. Does anyone know if his shipments typically come from UPS? If so, do you have an old packing slip which shows Eastmall's account number? I can look it up that way online...

why order from China i don't get it

At present time there is no one in the States that fully manufactures the entire device. Anyone selling VP's over here are importing them, usually from China. This means you are buying from a middle man who has marked the price up. However, that being said, I think if you are ordering 1 device it's smarter to order from the US so you can get it quickly and easily return it if there are problems. But I was ordering 10 VP's.....which makes it much cheaper to order staight from the source.
David Yang did finally respond to my emails on Wednesday and provided a tracking number and shipping confirmation. It did take him a week just to get my order out, but my order was larger than their usualy small purchases and much smaller than a pre-arranged wholesale order which is planned out a bit more. So I fell into that middle category which delayed my shipment a bit. He did have the courtesy to ship my items separately at no additional cost so if the liquid causes problems at customs it won't jeopardize my VP's. So I thought that was cool and somewhat made up for the delay. I post when they come in...

Well at least I know I'm not alone....I ordered on 4/08, almost 1 full week ago and it still says "In process" on Eastmall's site. Hasn't even shippped it yet! I have sent multiple emails and no response yet. After placing the order and reading the threads about seizure I wanted to have my liquid sent separately so that the odds of seizure of my multiple e-cigs might be reduced...I'd rather lose $50 in e-lquid than all the e-cigs I ordered for family and friends..and I'm willing to pay double shipping to do so, but I still can't get anyone over there to reply to an email. Someone on another thread posted additional email addresses for David, but now I can't seem to locate that thread. Anyone have suggestions for alternate email addresses or a better way to contact him? I haven't tried using Skype yet....

He was real good about answering emails up until about a week ago. He generally adds extras to your order if you are inconvienienced in any way. I'd give him a few more days... I'm waiting for 2 orders, too... and have an email pending response from him, too.
