I'm new here and have asked just a few questions. mainly they went unanswered. I have noticed it seems to be just a select few e-juice companies talked about, and if you have questions about another they go unanswered. i'm glad there is places to talk about vaping and the different juices, but i'm not happy about how it seems to be awfully one sided for juices and stuff. like I said I am new here, but it seems you see the same companies over and over. and I know there are more quality providers out there than the ones that can be counted on one hand. no truly different companies are talked about much.

I have orders from 7 companies who support this site coming as of today and I have ordered no less than 5 bottles from each one. i'm not talking about cheap sample packs either. none are less than 30ml so I can steep them if need be to see how they do. I also placed six orders for 100ml bottles from sites not from this one to test. I don't mind to spend good money to get a good product or one good product and several crappy ones so that I don' make that mistake again. I feel if I get one good product or several from a non supplier site it will go unnoticed on here.

i'm lucky enough to have a much better than average paying job. i'm not your everyday minimum wage slob. I can afford a lot more than normal people with average jobs do. yet my posts go unanswered and I don't have that many. maybe I should try another forum. lord knows when I get on a gunsmith forum or a long range shooting(1000 yards and more. I shoot a 50bmg at 2000 yards daily.) forum people stand up and ask me questions, and I honestly answer each and every one of them. it seems this forum has a agenda to me. if your not a supplier you don't belong here is exactly how it seems.

Wow

understand the people here do not work for you

and honestly most are very helpful if they have an answer they give it
and usually above and beyond and I'm one as well
and I learned everything I know from this forum(and I often see people mention vendors that are not the constant mentioned one
but there are the ones also that are known by most and naturally are spoken about the most)

we are people just like you
well maybe not just like you as your post shows you feel kind of superior

if that's the case then maybe your right there may be another forum for you

as for us we are just regular people:;-)

It sounds like a wonky co-incidence to me, that your posts went unanswered. Maybe the stars just weren't aligned just so on those days. ;)
I don't post much anymore but only because I'm the quiet type and prefer to "listen in". Give this forum more time and keep asking questions. One thing I've learned from my time on here is that members are really good about answering questions. Unless it's about juices, juice preferences vary so much among members.

May I respectfully suggest that you seem to be the one with the agenda. I take issue with your disparaging remarks about hardworking people who make minimum wage. A little more respect for your fellow man and some civility might result in more responses.

I can't imagine a question in the new members forum going unanswered unless it was extremely specific regarding a local only topic. Perhaps, try bumping it to get it back at the top and see if you get better luck.
Also, I understand the frustration and I agree that the same juice suppliers get mentioned over and over. There is good reason for this however. Vapor shops and online retailers are multiplying like crazy. There are literally thousands of eliquid manufacturers if you count every vape shop owner that makes his own in house plus everybody that realized they could buy $2,000 worth of supplies, launch a website and make liquid in their living room for high potential profits. The same ones that keep getting mentioned over and over again are the proven suppliers that make good liquid in a timely fashion and have great customer service. If no ones answering or posting about a specific supplier you are interested in then that is a opportunity not a disappointment. Try their liquid and post about your experience. That's the only way this community will branch out and discover.

Don't take it personally man, I don't think anyone has an agenda. It just seems to me that not all of us have the extra cash to be trying all kinds of different juices, though many of us would love to. For me personally, as a father of three young daughters, their needs and wants come long before my wants. Eventually I'll get there though!

Maybe when you get all these juices you can start doing some in depth reviews and write-ups on them and hopefully stir up some interest if the juices are good enough. That's how it all starts!!

Mr. Somebody, be the change you want to see! If you come across a product you think the rest of us should know about, please post about it. I think some companies are more well known than others, so they have more posts. I'm new here too, but I don't think there is a hidden agenda. I actually find it refreshing that so many people here are not afraid to voice their consent.

Agree. If people don't know about it maybe it's on you to research and share the info ;) I tend to stay away from eLiquid flavor discussions mainly because it's too subjective. I've tried some of the more popular flavors from our local B&Ms and found them un-vape-ably gross... but I'm already pretty weird anyway and obviously someone else likes them so I give those flavors to someone who might like them, and if they do, then super.

Ive had pretty good luck getting replies on here. I don't ask many questions though.

I understand what you're saying and how you feel. I felt the same way about most forums. With so many different opinions and personalities, it's difficult to know what's right or not. At first It's easy to think that just because someone has a kazillion posts that they're some kind of guru. That's as far from the truth as it could be.

I've lurked in here long enough to find a few folks that I trust their opinions, the percentages they use in mixing, and other stuff they suggest. But for the most part, it's a live and learn, trial and error, make some mistakes, and make your own decisions.

I was seriously disappointed by buying into a rave about a certain companies flavorings. Worst investment I ever made regarding my vaping experience. I pretty much made a decision not to take advice from all those folks which is a lot of them. Now I have a few favorites, mix my own stuff, wrap my own coils, and purchase where I find the best deals. I made a lot of mistakes on my own but fewer than when I bought into a rave.

I can't understand why you wouldn't get replies. Even so, when you do, don't always take it to the bank.

This seems to be stemming from what I suppose you feel is a lack of response to the thread you created titled 'steeping.' May I suggest you use more than one word when choosing a title.

If you are also basing your rude, arrogant, and possibly slightly paranoid rant on your other thread 'looking for a new ejuice company to try out.' may I suggest that you double check and reread your post, due to the fact you were asking about a specific product but anyone who may have wanted to help couldn't due to the fact we have no clue what specific item you're refering to. Which might I add someone responding explaining the very same thing.

I hope my suggestions will help ensure you get what you feel is adequate responses in a timely manner, sir. Good day, and good luck.

ECF is a miracle site. The other day I had a question about kanthal gauges and got my answers within five minutes. But you have to have something specific to ask that people know about, not something vague about something nobody has tried. Also, the site seems to be populated more at certain times of the day. Asking a question at four in the morning isn't going to get a whole lot of response. Or like someone pointed out, just titling your thread "steeping" isn't going to attract many viewers. People here are more than willing to help but they are not "obligated" to help, so you'll find people are only as friendly as you are.

Saying you aren't the average "minimum wage bum" doesnt help you out in anyway. Saying people are bums because they don't make as much as you? Really? Seems like a elitist attitude to me, no wonder you don't receive help.

I see people WILL answer your questions if you have a "friendly" attitude and don't ask questions that have been asked in 100's of other forum posts. And like people have stated before, we do not work for you, just people who take time out of their lives to answer questions from people who are not dicks.

my 2 cents.
