Have order number but cannot find it online anywhere.

I ordered 2 items online from vapesourcing and have the tracking number LF027393249SG however when I hit the track your package button it shows it at the singapore post but the tracking number is not found.

Also, whenever try to call the number given by vapesourcing, an automated message system picks up and directs to hit the extension 833 and then it just hangs up

On july 12th, I know it hasn't been a long time but to have the tracking number not be found even if they have given a tracking number is concerning.
