I have experienced this too. Even though I'm relatively new to vaping (about a month), I've definitely gone through it. My personal advice is to take a break. I don't know how often you vape, but take a break proportionate to the amount you tend to vape. If you vape nonstop every waking hour, try to take a few hour break. If you vape for shorter sessions every few hours, cut one of those sessions out. My point is, put it down for as much time as you can stand. There is, unfortunately, such a thing as too much of a good thing, even though "too much" for some is "not enough" for others. Just make sure you find a personal amount/style of vaping that works for you. (For example, I myself will never be the type that vapes nonstop, and that's a-ok.) I just know when I take a nice break, going back to it tastes and feels wonderful. Drinking some water with lemon is a great idea, too, IMO... thanks mlinky.
