Having trouble communicating with MFS

Is anyone else having trouble communicating with MFS via email? I had no trouble in the past but have sent 2 emails in the last couple weeks and get no answer.

I finally did the hard thing and called MFS on Wed morning. I've already got my ejuice!!!! (It's Friday) 48 hour service is commendable INDEED!
