Having trouble with Ms Ts Bakery

I Placed on order with her on 7/25 and it just came today. It came with a special surprise for the delay. A scratch off that revealed a code for 10% off my next order..

Some sites won't let you buy products that aren't in stock, but some think that that's bad for business. Some will sell juice that's steeped, some will let you know that it needs to steep (for a week, or more!), because it was "made to order", fresh, for you.

I have no problem with my main supplier (Halo); they send me juice ready-to-vape, but the package does include a warning that it needs to sit at room temperature for 24 hours, if it was cold (winter time?). They're pricier than others, but they're solid. They don't sell what they don't have, and everything ships (on business days) within 24 hours.

Always check a site's policy. If not sure, ask.

I neither work for nor have I purchased from this company.

I've already read and expected a delay but the lack of communication is just bad for business. I'm glad you like them and on no means disrepect to you. Growing pains usually means better service after all the customer is the most important part of a businesses success

Yes, they are obviously struggling to keep up with demand. I haven't ordered from them for this very reason.

They do a good job of setting reasonable expectations on their website, but I just don't want to try their juice that much to wait more than 7 days for my order just to be shipped.

It's a buyers market out there, vote with your hard-earned greenbacks.

Ms T does all her own mixing. Therefore, the product quality is consistent. I have had problems with other vendors where the product is good one time, and very bad the next. Ms T is always excellent. I am sure that Ms T has struggled with the business decision to possibly sacrifice quality to handle her always growing business faster or keep her loyal customers happy with the quality of their purchase. Personally, when I order from her, I expect to wait until she gets to my order and gives it her undivided attention. I know I will be more than satisfied when it arrives.

Like mentioned before and it seems like people ready aren't reading clearly. I don't mind the wait but the lack of "communication" from the vendor is lacking hence customer service.

I aways let my juice steep for a week or more after it comes in and I have a ....-tonne of juice already ( I went a little crazy when I started vaping so have like more than 500ml and 40 different flavors!! )

I did try out the Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream and it is realy good.

I'm not sure where some of you think you're posting, but this isn't the way we treat members at ECF.
