Hey guys, thought I'd join the forum since I've been having so much trouble with my ecig setup. I currently have a kanger aerotank with vv battery. I have been having a great deal of trouble with it leaking and gurgling. I tried adding a seal to the atomizer which many people recommended as a fix but it has not changed anything. It still pops every time I hit it and it will eventually start gurgling if I don't wipe everything dry. I think some of my liquids may be worse than others but it still doesn't make sense to me why this happens.

Is there another setup I can try that isn't prone to this problem? I am willing to spend some money on a nice setup but I am so overwhelmed by the options out there. Any recommendations? I like big hits but can not stand this popping and gurgling crap going on.:(

yes, the coil is tightened securely. Not drawing hard at all. Is the nautilus a different design than the kanger?

I had a issue with my aerotank as well. I replaced the air assembly base for 4 bucks and problem was fixed. I was getting a lot of gurgling, leaking, and popping atomizers prematurely.

I also have the Nautilus mini and prefer it over the kanger tank. They are a little different and the Nautilus has the bvc coils that a lot of ppl are really into right now.

ok not sure what, but the "pop" that's the good stuff, if it's your coil heating up, now the gurgle, I agree those slurps with no vapor are yuck (or what rhymes with yuck

*lol*)

I use a couple modified protank 2's with that air control valve so pretty much the equivalent of an aerotank (and V2/Mega you could say we're a "Kanger Haus" 'round here)

but you've got to slow your roll..I had to get used to them too, the draw is slow...and modulated, you suck too hard, and you're going to get a slurp and have to clean it out and start all over, this has become MUCH easier for me..now that it's weeks after stopping smoking as we're breathing and lung capacity/functioning is much better.

try just a really long slow inhale, hit the button about 2 to 3 seconds before inhaling and if you have to let off mid inhale and hit that button again, getting it crackling /popping, and no slurp. that's the best think I can think, or increase your air flow as Fictitious has said, Ed drilled ours out so the base had even bigger air holes in the air flow control valves.

good luck.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the V2's with the .8ohm coils, and finally got to see what all this fuss was about with the Nautilus, I'd given two that came with units to my daughter but she'd left her unregulated mod here at the house and w/o vv and ww, it did rock. (now I want at least one back when I get my mod back from them, but you know young struggling adult kids, the odds of that are like "kiss it bye bye Mom" things go out they don't come back *lol*

I hope that helps, I know that slurp like breathing through a wet rag and getting nothings is awful.
