The order said shipped on 29 Jan and I havent received an update yet and that is very unusual. Normally the order is here by now. Can you look into this. It was for replacement batteries and a new order for ejuice.

i am sorry that shipping is very slow because of Chinese New Year.

but it will be back to normal gradually.
