Looks like hcigar will be coming out with a new regulated squonker, the Aurora. Specs so far have been very limited other than it will be using the hcigar Towis XT80C board. It has an interesting way to deal with different battery sizes (18650/20700/21700) by using what appears to be spacing blocks that slide in and out rather than a separate adapter.

Although this is a single battery mod, they have hinted as to the release of a dual battery squonker soon.

a dual battery would be nice to see yeah cuz at the moment it seems as alternative to other similar single battery squonkers, but it does have that 20700/21700 capability that is a great perk as i think only a few mods have that option like new Pulse 80w squonker due to realease soon
thought pulse 80w only allow 20700 but not 21700 ?

Looks like a nice mod,i'll have to pick one up when they come out.
Yep, I'm keeping an eye out for this one as well. Looks nice, not familiar with the chip, but I will most likely wait for a few reviews to come out on this one.

My first mods to take 20700 are the LV Mirage and the original Pulse. Haven't tried the original Pulse yet, but I like the 20700 capability of the Mirage. Looking forward to trying a 20700 with the Pulse 80w once it's released. I rarely go above 30w in power mode, so the Sanyo NCR20700Bs are a great battery to me.

Will be nice to have another convertible option available, especially one not needing an adapter.

Nice.

I'm undecided on whether I would purchase this considering I'm very happy with my Inbox v3.

I like the idea of different batteries but I think I'd rather stay with my single 18650s to keep the size down as much as possible. Then again, I vape at rather low power so battery life usually isn't a huge concern for me.

I really like the looks of this one and I think this one has moved up on my "next squonk mod" purchase over the pulse 80. It does resemble the inbox, with a larger frame.
You'll probably buy 10 more squonkers before the Pulse 80 finally hits shops in 2026. Lol.
