Hcigar nemesis clone problem - battery fit issue?

I got an hcigar Nemesis clone and a AW IMR 18650 battery and, for the life of me, I CAN NOT get the battery to stop rattling. It's not a tiny rattle, either - it's pretty major. I'm brand new to all this so I'm probably doing something wrong but I need some help here. The only way I can get the rattle out is to snug the button ALL the way down and then there's no way to unlock it and have any button. I'm kind of at a loss here. I tried watching a YouTube video but I still couldn't figure out how to make the correct adjustment. Any possibility that this battery isn't compatible with this mod? I guess I could order a kick to eat up the space but I'd like to figure out how to make it work without having to go that route.

Any help would sure be appreciated!

Remove the center beauty ring and it fits perfectly. OR, get the FatDaddyVaps extended contact screws.

I use mine with an Evolv Kick-2, Aw IMR 18490, and a thin washer under the switch contact screw to reduce the throw of the switch. (that's with both long tubes and the beauty ring.)

Are all the connections tight? 18650 is the biggest battery I believe for mods. There gotta be something going on there. If you can't fix it I would bring it back or send it back to the vendor and see what they say. Even still maybe a quick phone call to the place you bought it from may keep you from the hassle of sending it back. CS person may be able to help you over the phone.

Yep, take that ring off in between the two tubes. I ordered a pair of Nemesis clones from Focalecig a while back and my beauty ring was at the top and my brother in laws was in the center like yours. I immediately took mine off and had no issue, his had a similar problem to yours until we removed that ring.
