I get headaches using the e cig. I've tried 11mg 24mg 36mg, does not seem to make a difference. Seem to get more using the VK than my 510. Anyone else experiance this?

Most headaches are caused by dehydration. Drink more water. On Thursday I spent most of the day on the couch drinking water because of a nasty headache that was probably partially caused by the dehydrating effects of vaping (coupled with a coffee habit that can only be described as insane.) After a few hours of water drinking it did finally go away (probably drank about a liter of water.)

I'm not prone to headaches, but I have slacked off on my water consumption since I haven't been working out like I should.

Yep I get the headaches too. I've tried lowering Nicotine strength. VG and PG juice all to no avail. Its not dehydration because It happens even after a puff or two. The only thing I've found that works so far is Johnsons Creek reduced pg/11mg Tennasee cured. No headaches and thats it.

Heres whats wierd: it only works when I use it in my 510! I have a 403 and no matter what I vape I get the headaches...even the JC. WTF? I'd like to try the "screwdriver" or something like it but Im afraid to spend the money only to end up not being able to use it. Anyone wanna loan me one? J/K...okay...not really!

Any ideas on WTF is going on here? frustrating!

I did at first, pretty bad ones actually. They eventually went away. I think it had something to do with detoxing from cigs. I had them for the first two or three weeks.

I had seriously bad headaches since quitting analogs and they have gradually gotten better. At first I thought maybe it was from vaping, but I feel certain now they were from detoxing.

I hope you are not smoking (yes I said smoking) the cart material and the sides of the cart.

Are these new atties? the primer liquid made me ill as hell on my first 510.

Well it happens even when I drip or dip with my 401 and my wife gets no headaches at all. As far as a new Atty: I wondered if that had anything to do with it but with my 510 the JC juice works fine, however as soon as I try to vape anything else the headaches come back.

rkh3 and aaron8: Are you at the same time quitting analog cigarettes completely? If so then when you get the headache I suggest smoking an analog. One of two things will happen and either one will tell you a lot:

1) Smoking a cigarette gets rid of the headache. In this case the headache is the result of not getting something the way you got it from the cigarette. Either your vape nicotine is too low or you're habituated to one of the other things in the cigarette and withdrawal from that causes the headaches. Next step will be to figure out which of those is the case. (If nicotine too low, fix in the ecig; if something else, fight through it till habituation is gone.)

2) Smoking a cigarette does not get rid of the headache. In this case there's something in the ecig that is causing the problem. Try reducing its nicotine further, changing its base liquid (PG vs. VG), using unflavored (to eliminate flavorings which might affect you), making sure you aren't burning new atty protective oil or polyester from the filling, etc.
