We'll likely still be doing a Call to Action, though, because this would be problematic for the few companies that are working on their own shipping methods.

BAD PUBLIC HEALTH: On its face, lowering nicotine levels to non-addictive levels/banning menthol may seem well-meaning, but not only is it UNPROVEN, it's DISCRIMINATORY. Will also undoubtedly lead to a push to do the same with LOW RISK nicotine products!
