Health Cabin Delivery fail

Dear Potential Customers of Health Cabin

This applies to US and Canadian buyers. While you sleep, Health cabin answers you ticket ( due to time difference), if you have a problem so that it's like playing phone tag and they never have to deal with you more than once a day. They just say something stupid and you have to wait till the next day to read what stupid unhelpful advice they write. Then respond and wait again. Also besides them not admiting to there mistake of shipping to the obvious wrong address and sorting this out with DHL they choose to blame it all on me. Sorry but this is bad customer service

Shipped to states for ease of shipping. Yes I know I live in Canada but I am on a border town. Health Cabin refuses to help me sort this problem out or atleast refund me my money or just anything. The Signature isn't even close to my name and yet because they person saw my last name on the package they signed with my lastname and they are using that as a grounds that I must have signed. My first name is not LS like what the ..... Here's the info. Don't buy from Heath Cabin they are unhelpfull and like to throw your money away atleast people in the US and Canada are accountable friendly and On your same time zone.

not saying that this is totally there fault but you know what. They are kinda responsible to get help ensure that the product is delievered to the customer. BTW DHL is off on weekends LIKE WTF.

Just don't buy health cabin Very poor experience.

We are very sorry for the wrong delivery of your order because of DHL mistake.

You are 100% right that we are 100% reponsible for the order. So we are willing to resend your order via DHL Monday. If you want to use EMS, it is ok with us. The shipping method is up to you.

Actually we have no idea why DHL shipped your order to a wrong address, because we did put the same right address on the DHL label as the one that you offered. More surprising, your order was signed for by a guy who has the same name as yours.

We have reported the issue to our local DHL office and asked them to look into it. So we can know what wrong is with your order and how to avoid it in the future. But DHL China office does not work at weekends. We will keep you posted next week.

We are sorry again for your bad experience. We will do our best to make you feel better asap.

In all fairness, shipping snafus happen. I have placed 4 orders with Health Cabin in the past couple months and all have arrived safe and sound. I have 3 times used registered mail (yes it is slow, each package took 3-4 weeks, expected) and the EMS option took around 4 days. I have found Health Cabin staffers to be helpful and responsive. I do not think its fair to give them a bad mark and make such statements because the shipping company screwed up. I shipped and received hundreds of items over the years using all sorts of different shipping companies, they all screw up every once in awhile.

+1. What you have said is very unfair to health cabin. From what I have read, they're more then willing to help you. Perhaps you can paste the link to your ticket so you can state your claim cause in my eyes, they are one of the best people to deal with.
Problems do arise but they're always willing to help. Anyway, since you know where it got sent to, why don't you go get it?

I am sorry that our customer service team does not work at weekends. I have forwarded your case to them. They will reply to your ticket as soon as they get back to work Monday.

To me, I have had success on all shipment deliveries from Health Cabin since my very first-time purchase in May last year, oh yeah, the good anniversary sale~ :p And I have also transformed myself successfully from a 2-packer-a-day to having no analog at all with just vaping now~

He didn't have it shipped directly to him in Canada, but to a friend in the US. I wonder if he had the correct address or if DHL made a mistake

Anyway, I am in Japan and have a few vaping friends around the world and people from ECF whom I helped to make orders from HC. All from different countries who have all received their orders from HC, be is slow method or fast EMS. I have never used DHL orders from Health Cabin, since it always arrives quite safely with the cheapest method.

Anyway lenbot, have you contacted the receiver of your parcel, since he has the same name as you and you know where the parcel is?
Have you contacted DHL?

Seriously dudes, wtf. Yes If the guy was down the street and I knew it was delievered there then yes I would go down the street and go ask. But it was delievered to a wrong state. How do I get that through your heads. It's Like 14 hour drive to where package mapping states it is. I have no idea if it's even there. How am I suppose to get in contact where they dropped off a package just randomly to someone. I wish I could I would probably go ....ing beat there ... to a pulp right now.

Lenbot, we are all sympathetic to your problem and would hate to not get our vaping gear!
However you started your SECOND post here by opening a thread in the New Member's Forum and insulting Health Cabin. Now you have enough posts to open a thread here, and you also headed it 'Health Cabin delivery fail' and went on to be pretty unfair to HC.
I know you are new here and very disappointed, but calm down for goodness sakes. Health Cabin has been here for 3 years and is a reliable and well respected company who stands by their products and has FIRST CLASS customer service. Insulting a company is not how we do things on this forum.
Since your parcel went to and was signed by someone with the same name, and Health Cabin posted it to the address you provided..... Seems to indicate that it is a problem with DHL. How on God's little planet, out of all the millions of people in the US, would Health Cabin know to send it to someone ELSE with YOUR name? Also if you had given the correct state and zip and address, seems odd that it arrived in another state to someone with your name. Why would DHL do something like that?
I am actually fascinated to hear the result of this saga and what really happened.

We have just replied to your ticket this morning. Please check and let me know here if you do not get our reply or you are not happy with our reply.

We also did call DHL China office this morning and asked them to investigate it.

Dear Dragonbone, I would be fascinated also to find out how it got to where ever it did. I am frustrated obviously, and I didn't realize over the weekend that they don't respond to tickets. Which makes sense I just didn't realise this. This really has zero fault on health cabin. I just felt backed into a corner. 2 people saying it was delievered while I have nothing. Really I was about to call the money a complete loss and just forget about it. But They responded to my ticket this morning and were Kind enough to resend it. And at my request to not resend it through DHL I just do not trust them anymore. I still trust health cabin and honestly the only reason I chose healthcabin vs US or Canadian vendors is that they have such a reputable name. Shipped via EMS so I hope to eventually get the product. Can't wait to try out some new carto's.

I am glad to hear that you feel better. It is our responsible to make all customers happy with their orders.

DHL China office told us that they forwarded your order to the right address and sent us a file which specified the right address by email. DHL china office also explained why the address online is different from the real address, because the address online is the address of their delivery point near the real address. They can not input all real addresses timely.

I did ask DHL China office to send us a copy of sigature for the order, but they told us that it was impossible because DHL USA office has another local shipping company deliver orders for DHL. The local shipping company does not provide sigature copy.

I am sorry that we can not find out who got your order by mistake and how it happened.

I hope such issue does not happen any more. :)

Wow, that is TERRIBLE and very unsafe and dishonest people can use the advantage. DHL should supply signature copy, otherwise it has no meaning at all! I will never use DHL again.

We have sent many orders via DHL to USA and only 1 order has such a delivery problem so far.

perhaps only USA DHL does not supply signature copy.
