Order placed on 9/30. Notification of shipment on 10/7 due to holiday, chose EMS shipping. Tracking places it as leaving China on 10/14...nothing from there. Is this normal? I placed this order for my mother in law and she's getting anxious. I was told 10 days is the norm....anyone else experience this? We're currently 21 days past order.

Sounds like regular shipping and not EMS. But yes, sometime it can take that long. Usually EMS is 4-10 days from the day they ship it.
It depends on the weight of the purchase.
It's usually around $16 for EMS $4 for standard
But if you order in bulk like anything over $250 I think is free shipping.

Shipping time is forever vs Foooorrrrevvveeerrrr. So yes that normal plus there was some Chinese holiday going on, not sure the exact date but it help up some other orders
and Super depends upon if you want forever or fooorrrevvveerrr....and then it's by weight. Think I normally pay 3-5.00 for the fooorrrrreevvveeerrr option.

I love shopping there that's usually where I get most of my parts for the store. It either them or Bauway.
90% of Health Cabin's items are genuine Joye products. And they state on the item on the website that it isn't Joye if it is not.
If you can buy in bulk, and wait... It's worth it.

I went with HC for her because it was waaaaay cheaper. When I got my Tornado I paid $80 for the kit with 2 batts, 1 cone, 2 atty's a wall charger and pre-filled carts. This was standard charge then, 2/10. MIL is getting a eGo with 2 batts, 2 cones, 2 atty's, a wall/usb charger and I think a few pre-filled carts for around $60 with shipping. She could've gotten a blue one, but they were OOS, colors weren't even a choice when I ordered, you got black or platinum!
lilith, have you tried putting the tracking number into the usps shipping tracker? sometimes that updates faster than the chinese site

My latest purchase never updated. It was in my hands and the tracking never updated til afterwards. Had it in 3 weeks from China and I had ordered right at the end of the holiday.

i ordered from them on the holiday to get the dicount and after the holiday, about 7 days EMS.
was really shocked to get it so fast...
if you ordered juice with your order might get bogged down in customs...
