Health Cabin's Guarantee??

Hey all-
I have a handful of attys and a few batteries that are totally dead after using for 5 months or so. Not bad in my opinion. But, I am interested in using the 'guarantee' via Health cabin (where they were all bought). Have any of you actually done it? If so, How did it work??

I see that no one replied to you. I just had my passthrough battery die after less than a week. If you went for the guarantee...let me know how it turned out.

we provide 3-6 months warranty for atomisers and batteries.

normally people need to send those bad ones back to us. we will send new replacements to you via china registered airmail after we get your bad ones back.

I have sent back several batteries and atomizers and have had them replaced with no problems. The customer service with HC is the best.

I just sent a few back... they are all about 5 months old, but Amy has already sent new ones with my new order. I have never had a problem with Health Cabin and get my orders in 8-10 days. Small town in NC.

I have received my order last week. Everything was OK, I loved juices flue cure, vanilla (both VG) a Green tea PG. But suddenly after week or so, both VGs got REALLY chemical taste and it is not the atomizer running dry, i can actually smell that "TASTE" from the bottle. Unfortunately that juice clogged my second black atomizer. It is dead completely, no vapour at all
What should I do now?

thank you for your telling us the problem.

normally VG is thicker than PG. so VG ejuice may clog atomisers. please clean your atomiser and see whether the atomizer can work well again.

Hi Amy, I tried to clean it under hot water then dried and toped it up with other liquid but it still doesnt work. So I never actually get it work even once. It is not producing any vapor at all, not even that characteristic sizzling sound for atomisers. About VG flue cured - I left bottle opened since yesterday, and it''s got little bit better smell-wise but i can still feel really strong alcoholic or chemical taste from it, so i rather dont put it in my other (working) atomiser. I''m bit disapointed. Is this happening to all dekang juices? How can I fix that juice?
