my order is due to be sent today via normal shipping

i ordered last week and it is still processing

We are very sorry for the delayed shipping because of sudden bad news about china airmail.

may i know your order number, so we can sort it out asap?

I am very disappointed with the Health Cabin. They are a great store with a great range of products, no doubt. But when a problem arises, the client is that needs solving. I have two orders paid for a long time, and are not sent.

I feel ya mate.
HC have a great site and good priced products and juices.
But I have one ems package which has been stuck in China now for nearly 2 weeks, the order I placed 4 days after the order which is still in China arrived to me 5 days ago.

At the end of the day though, HC aren't really to blame, they are keeping open the E Juice section when a few sites have already stopped selling e juice in China due to the stricter customs now. It's all down to the Chinese Customs not letting out liquid parcels, not so much HC.
Still gets me stressed out each day knowing I've paid for juices I don't have and really need but they just can't get out of China.

This is a sad situation......e-liquid is an integral part of vaping, any form of stop on the e-liquids is a STOP on Vaping altogether..I am suffering already, my juice would have arrived from HC, 2 weeks ago, instead there is no update on it, even today, it was shipped on 24th sept. Not blaming HC...but hoping like hell that things fall back in place, and pretty quick..

And I feel sad, as a regular costumer, because we never get the full information about some situacion. Started with a statement of troubles on costumers country costums, and now the problem is another. I made my orders based on HC information, made several orders to avoid November and December, and the christmas rush, and now i paid my goods on advance and dont got a solution.

We are very sorry for our delayed reply because of the sudden bad news about china airmail.
We are trying to fix the problems caused by the bad china airmail.
Please wait with patience. :)

I can't delete my post, but I did edit it and removed my complaint. I shouldn't have posted a complaint on a public forum. I'll communicate with them directly. Up to the problems their having with china airmail, Healthcabin has been an excellent company to deal with and they don't deserve negative messages being posted on a public forum. The china mail problem isn't their fault. I'll use EMS shipping in the future.

If we have praised them openly in the public forums in the past for their good service, we will blame them as well in the public forums if their service falters...

We are very sorry for all the delayed orders because of the poor china airmail. We are taking care of those orders one by one.
We do suggest you to use DHL for your next order because DHL can ship orders including liquid smoothly.
Btw, orders over 250 USD enjoy DHL or EMS free shipping to USA.

Hi thank you for your asking. It depends because some orders have left china but with no trace. some orders are returned to us.
We will contact customers and take care of them one by one.

We are sorry to inform you that China registered airmail and EMS shipping are affected because China customs tightened inspection of liquid due to the upcoming of the China President election (18th National Congress of the communist party of China) held on Nov.8, which is the most important political meeting in China.
We are sorry that we can not get liquid out of china via China registered airmail now. Most registered airmail orders shipped recently were greatly delayed or returned .
So we have to temporarily STOP shipping China registered airmail orders to most countries, because we hate to keep you wait for long.
Sometimes we have some problems getting liquid out of china via EMS. Some EMS orders containing liquid were delayed for 3-10 days or longer. EMS orders without liquid can be shipped out of china smoothly.
We are glad to inform you that all DHL orders (with liquid or without liquid) have no problems clearing china customs and leaving china timely so far. (DHL orders including liquid need extra 2-3 days before leaving china.)
So we do suggest you to consider DHL, because DHL has no problems sending liquid and is the fastest and reliable shipping method. All this information is only good for customers who would be placing their orders from now on.....point taken. But can you please sort out our orders which we have already placed with you, this has become a nagging issue now, we were asked to stay patient, just a few of days back, giving us the hope that all will fall in place shortly...but after you come up with this issue of the President election due for 8th NOV...if you were well aware of this situation, why have'nt you started on sorting the chinapost issue much earlier, instead of giving us false hope, that our orders are just delayed, whereas in reality they are being stopped or returned. This is ridiculous.
My point at the moment is, dear healthcabin team, if you are paying this much importance to your future orders, please take care of your past orders with equal interest, have a column for the status or information on the past orders that have been detained/returned/delayed and how many are being sorted out so far, that way we will know where we stand serially as per our order no. and can have an idea, when we may receive our parcels, it seems indefinite at the moment...
