We are sorry to inform you that China registered airmail and EMS shipping are affected because China customs tightened inspection of liquid due to the upcoming of the China President election (18th National Congress of the communist party of China) held on Nov.8, which is the most important political meeting in China.
We are sorry that we can not get liquid out of china via China registered airmail now. Most registered airmail orders shipped recently were greatly delayed or returned .
So we have to temporarily STOP shipping China registered airmail orders to most countries, because we hate to keep you wait for long.
Sometimes we have some problems getting liquid out of china via EMS. Some EMS orders containing liquid were delayed for 3-10 days or longer. EMS orders without liquid can be shipped out of china smoothly.
We are glad to inform you that all DHL orders (with liquid or without liquid) have no problems clearing china customs and leaving china timely so far. (DHL orders including liquid need extra 2-3 days before leaving china.)
So we do suggest you to consider DHL, because DHL has no problems sending liquid and is the fastest and reliable shipping method. All this information is only good for customers who would be placing their orders from now on.....point taken. But can you please sort out our orders which we have already placed with you, this has become a nagging issue now, we were asked to stay patient, just a few of days back, giving us the hope that all will fall in place shortly...but after you come up with this issue of the President election due for 8th NOV...if you were well aware of this situation, why have'nt you started on sorting the chinapost issue much earlier, instead of giving us false hope, that our orders are just delayed, whereas in reality they are being stopped or returned. This is ridiculous.
My point at the moment is, dear healthcabin team, if you are paying this much importance to your future orders, please take care of your past orders with equal interest, have a column for the status or information on the past orders that have been detained/returned/delayed and how many are being sorted out so far, that way we will know where we stand serially as per our order no. and can have an idea, when we may receive our parcels, it seems indefinite at the moment...
