why you don't try a parcel forwarding service? This way HC send it to your virtual address in another country, and then they sent it forward to you. Search for a service supports regular mail like usps. i found one, i thing from e-bay, with $0.99 who supports usps. Search for International Shipping Services, make small orders and don't use couriers.
