Heartland Org : CEI and CASSA DOT Suit
I normally do not approve of suing the government, but in this case, I'm thinking a suit may be the way to go. Removing vape gear from air travel (esp. checked in luggage) is just too spiteful for me.

" The regulation, which came to light in May, restricts the presence — either in checked luggage or for personal use — of vaping products on any airline coming into or leaving the United States."

Whats the next government step, baring anything battery operated being carried on your person or in checked in luggage while traveling within the US?
