Heartland Org : CEI and CASSA DOT Suit
I normally do not approve of suing the government, but in this case, I'm thinking a suit may be the way to go. Removing vape gear from air travel (esp. checked in luggage) is just too spiteful for me.

Whats the next government step, baring anything battery operated being carried on your person or in checked in luggage while traveling within the US?
