Hi my only order from H.C is not typical. Ordered on June 12, Shipped June 13, Arrived in Canada June 22 but due or labor disruption item delayed. Arrived in Customs July 12 and waiting to be reviewed. Would have been a lot faster without a strike but not their fault. Hope you have better luck with yours

I order from them before and it took about 5 or 6 weeks to arrive, they are bad.
I've ordered from HC a few times but only hardware, took about 4 to 6 weeks every time. That being said, I have zero issues with their hardware. Genuine Joye products, I even took apart an ego batt I got from them and the Joye logo was on the inside

This is just plain wrong and slanderous even. Some of the fastest shipping from that side of the planet ever; 13 days on two separate occasions (at least to those of us who don't have to deal with idiotic nicotine liquid bans).
Given the situation in Canada it's hardly fair to not give the vendor at least the benefit of the doubt. And I can tell you that plenty of folks rave about the fast shipping and general great customer service from Health Cabin. Go check the subforum here.
P.S. The HC TAB rocks. Really nice, sweet flavor and quite a kick too. You can get a free sample with any order.

ya ive heard that the shipping is faster in the states they ship ems but they recomend using regular mail for canada the customs clears easy i guess. my two orders just got to customs today i ordered on july 7
i wish i had your luck, still waiting after 34 days and counting... its a coin toss i guess. not blaming anyone, just saying.
a friend of mine uses them often...she recommended never ordering anything with nicotine from china since everything she's had got returned from customs...i'm waiting on an order of parts..it was shipped yesterday after placing the order saturday night
My girlfriend and I have ordered from there a few times. We have been really happy with the service and products. The orders have tracking and each time our shipment has been stuck at customs for a week but always arrive. Usually 2-3 weeks total. We haven't ordered juice from there though. I'm not sure why they only use china air mail to ship to Canada but they do warn you on the website that it is slow.
The only other place I have ordered from in china is ........... They use ems and it is always at my door in 4-5 business days! The fastest shipping I have seen outside of Canada. I have bought juice from them, though I purposely never buy large bottles to go over the border which is a shame because I'm not a fan of all dekang juice but I love e-cig health juice. I wish someone here made it.

When I order from China I usually forget that I ordered it by the time it shows up at the door
