I ordered a a handful of liquids from HHV on friday, and received it today. First off that was a nice short wait considering the weekend. I open my package to find a nice "Thank you" handwritten and that was also nice. As I checked out the new juices, I noticed that the Mayan Apocalypse was not there and in it's place was a bottle of Gandalf. This kinda bummed me out because that is the reason I chose them from the start. I called the number on the invoice, got the voice mail, and left my message. About an hour later Heather called me back, and within a few minutes she verified the problem, and sent the MA out to me. I was rather surprised! No fussing needed. The customer service was awesome. I work in a warehouse, and ship 200 packages a day, mistakes happen. I will be more than happy to do business with HHV again anytime. Oh yeah having the Gandolf is an awesome bonus too. Thanks again Heather.

UPDATE

I received my new package and to my surprise was an extra bottle of Cinful Pear. Thank you to Adam this time. I had a conversation with Heather and Adam both, and am impressed with the 2 of them. HHV is a vendor that you need to give a shot if you have not already. You wont be disappointed.
