Hey Mr B Killer - how's that hand of yours doing? Are all the nerves OK and everything, no numbness or anything like that going on? Very happy to hear that Mrs. Killer's op has been straightforward. Not an area to be messed about with other than the best surgeons. My dad had a crushed disk in his neck and he literally started wasting away. He had 2 choices - have the op, and a possibility of being paralysed, or not have the op and ending up paralysed. Thank God he had a great surgeon and all is well. Woof! That was a stressful time for the family.

And I would assume no one venturing into a supplier sub-forum is at all interested in my rambling.

Bronze... you sound like Mervin the paranoid android! (Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy for those who think Hula has finally lost her gourd altogether). Everything will be FINE!

Robin, we can hope that it is what you say it is and there is good reason to believe that is how it will work out. But supplier threads don't sit well with a lot of people (me included). I simply do not visit them as a rule. You toe the line or the fanbois rearrange your face. Been there, done that. If our threads turn into that I wont be the only one who will leave them. To a degree it is under our control. But to another degree it is not under our control. It is the nature of many people to feel uncomfortable talking about other suppliers on those threads. We do that a lot in our subforum and feel comfortable doing so. The hardware thread is nearly 100% discussion of non-HHV suppliers. I look forward to Adam participating in our discussions and he has always told me he doesn't want to censor us. I absolutely believe him. But it wont necessarily be under his control. Many people simply feel uncomfortable talking about competitor suppliers on a supplier thread. How many posts will go unposted that we'll never know about?

That said, there are pluses to moving and we don't have a choice anyway. So we'll make the best of it and see how it pans out.

Good Morning Army. Mamaw wants to 'clean out' the area today. Two divorces, daughter then son, have cluttered up our garage. Did I mention the landfill is 25 miles away, on the opposite end of the county ?

He's adjusting well. Urlacher is now pretty much a house dog. Mamaw and/or I will take him outside two or three times a day to play 'ball', which he loves to do. That way he continues to get his exercise. But he does not go out unattended. He seems happy to be back in familiar surroundings. We haven't had any guests in the last week, but when we do Urlacher will just have to be put up in the spare bedroom. That may not sound right. but at least he isn't permanently caged, or put down.
