Good mornin'.

Less than 600 to go, posts that is. ;)

It is going to be a hot one today; which means I will be going outside to warm up then back inside to cool down, then outside to warm up, then inside...... And the circle continues.

Hey Robin, remember all of those bitter cold days we had when you would 'politely' tell us frozen citizens how beautiful it was in Florida on that particular day ? (should I say "what goes around comes around" or "what'll make you laugh will make you cry" ?)

A man has got to have a bigscreen TV. Simply a must. And no females are allowed to touch it or the remote control.!

In my case, I had to get one of those fancy programmable LogiTech universal remotes. She just couldn't deal with figuring out the 6 remotes it took to watch a movie.

Then I got her a TV for the bedroom. Still had to get a universal remote since she had gotten used to the button locations on the first one.

But I really like those remotes, too!

My wife actually grumbled at me the other day about the Harmony (why can't it just be simple, and use the remotes for the tv etc?!). I pointed to the shelf where the multiple remotes were stored, and told her to "go right ahead!!"

This was after she interrupted the sequence of commands from the Harmony to the multiple devices in the Entertainment centre and something did not turn on right.

Tripple digits half way to home
Good morning Army. First cup of coffee, watching the OKC Memorial Marathon. They had to delay it cause if weather. But now the marathon is ON.
It's all about remembering the Federal building bombing back in 95. Sure don't seem that long ago.

Anyway got some time before I too get to head off to work. I believe it's gonna be RY4 WTA in a Privi Special on top of a black Provari , some DK Tab in a Reo mini. And finish with some well steeped PB in a KFL on top of the hades mod. (Sure hope my belt will hold my pants up). Where did I out those suspenders.

Be blessed, be safe and give someone a hug today. They don't cost a dime.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. :sneaky:

I'm not complaining. Well not really.... It's just he keeps it so cold in there. ;)

Most definitely the only mod I have ever owned and sold which I regret selling.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk

Can't get any more mechanical than the EA. Solid parts all around and not a single wire. It will outlast me for sure.

Let me bring up the subject of power washing again.. It seems to be a thing with the Army so y'all tell me what you think.

I've got an old but good one that I've used for years, literally drug the wheels off of the thing. So it's been sitting in my garage untouched for almost a year. Yesterday I had an 'Aha!' moment, and decided rather than replacing the crappy wheels with the same crappy overpriced wheels I should just mount it in a wagon. (well DH should) So, Amazon shopping this morning I found this:
Amazon.com: Farm & Ranch FR100F Steel Flatbed Utility Cart with Padded Pull Handle and 10-Inch Pneumatic Tires, 300-Pound Capacity, 34-Inches by 18-Inches, Green Finish: Patio, Lawn & Garden
Good idea or no?

Yep. Happens nearly every day. Clicks the appropriate button then manages to point the remote somewhere else before it's sent the signals to the equipment. She's getting much better with it, though. And she wants nothing to do with multiple remotes.

Just read up on this and told hubby. Thanks for the link! It would be good for MIL's driveway. It's almost time to power wash her driveway again and I wasn't looking forward to doing it again.

I used it for the first time recently and that stuff is amazing. I was pressure washing twice a year and the concrete is getting pretty bad because of it. I installed an irrigation system and my brick walls were growing moss. I really didn't like pressure washing the brick and mortar. Wet & Forget cleaned up the walls within just a couple of weeks. The black stuff on the driveway and patio takes longer, but it's going away.

Just bought another bottle to use on the roof and chimney.

I think that should work fine. I have a generator and a small compressor sitting on that same cart.

The only problem I see with doing that is the darn thing is going to roll if you're on any kind of hill. Maybe put a wedge under the tires while using the power washer.

The driveway isn't nearly as bad as when I did it for the first time. But if I don't get to it this year.... If we get this stuff on before it gets too bad... I will be a happy camper
