Yup. I remember Erik getting a provari and I got a vmax. He knew it was going to be a problem that I went the cheap route but I was cheap.. After the first one broke it took 2-3 weeks to get whatever site I bought it from to send me a replacement. Once I got the new one 24 days later it shorted out.. Smoke for pennies is where I got it.. Was still in the warranty period but at that point I decided to say F IT..

Frustrating. And another lesson...we usually get what we pay for. :)

I experienced a Hades clone... very disappointing, it was light feeling, the button was loose in the sleeve ( wobbly) and the machining on the button shaft was "grooved" so it created a crunchy slide to it as the grooves ran across each other ( shaft and hole).
The HCigar Hades I own is very nice, only thing I had to do to it was bevel the button pin top a tad to make the button action a bit smoother. But I do have to say, the Fasttech 26650 Panzer is excellent for what it cost. Button action is very smooth, all the threads are smooth action, no grinding or crunchyness. but.... the 510 threads seem a bit wide, there is a slight bit of wobble of the topper before it seats into place. other than that... its a good mod :)

I found their pricing to be decent on some things and not so good on others. Overall, they tend to be pricier than most. But then they were usually pretty good about not stocking junk either.

True but them being local should know in Just in Sugarland alone there's a crap load of really good shops. IF there pricing was better I bet a lot of local people would order from them.
I gotta say in almost a year of being here, the shops that only had clones or DIY juice have really grown up with carrying legit items and good stuff at that, as well as higher end juice. I've got almost enough points on my 5star card in one shop I can get a 50$ juggernaut clone free. I'm really tempted just to have my bud etch and work on it.. I fight the clone battle daily ya see..
