I'm on the edge of Richmond so it's quite close. Maybe 5-10 minutes.. The big subdivision next to mine is partially in Sugarland.
Closest 2 vape shops are a 15 minute drive.
Moving about 15 minutes south so other then the subdivision I'll be moving in, it's the country.

Did you seal the deal on that piece of property you and the Mrs. were looking at?

The loan went to USDA for approval. Our credit and finances are perfect though along with income. It will be approved and ready to close on the 7th, but we are headed to NYC on the 7th. I figure it's best to close at the end of the month so we can prepare and buy furniture in time.
Also have to sod the entire back yard as well as seal up the base of the fence with wooden beams. My dog is a digger so gotta cover my self..

They showed that on one of the NASCAR races recently. Half the track was soaking wet and the other half was bone dry. They had their cameras fixated on the line of demarcation.

I'm confused. Did you buy a house or just the land to build a house?

The land was bought from a farmer and the company built homes on it, which is why we could get a USDA loan. We could of went traditional but this one had better rates and no money down. We just have to pay a couple thousand to the Government rather then put 20% down. Helps with buying furniture and all that jazz.
Payments will be about 100$ more a month vs. putting down 15,000....
HOA isn't strict and taxes are cheaper being out of the city.. It just works for us at the moment.

Cool. And rates are so low still. Good time to get in. And as long as the Mrs is happy, that's all that matters. Are y'all getting any help from anyone after the child unit is born? Any Grandma's coming down yonder to lend a hand?

Her mother is coming down for the first few weeks but no help. I'm off 3 days a week and the lady will take off for 6 months give or take. After that we will figure it out, but as far as I know the wife will be going back to work only 3 days a week afterwards. We might ask my mom to watch her for one day a week but I'm not the kind of person to ask for help so who knows. We will play it by ear.

Grandma's like grandchildren so you probably wont have to twist her arm. :)

With all the money y'all earn from being Mods, y'all are the only ones who can afford it. :)

Fell off my chair and now ROFL after reading this..

No, I'm not buying it. One good mech is all I wanted, for testing/setting up low ohm stuff below the Provari's safety limit.

Haven't quite got around to doing that yet.

You're like me. You generally prefer a regulated vape. :)

LOL, I had that happen in South Carolina last week. Left from the Mill in pouring rain. About a mile away, crossed a traffic light and bone dry..

Picked up lunch, and on the way back it was the reverse. Went from bone dry to pouring rain once I crossed the traffic light.

Weirdest thing ever!!
