I have one of those cases where it is supposed protect the device up to a 6' drop. I think it is called the Survivor(?)
Yep, learned from experience....
I learned from experience that the newer iPhones are a bit more durable. I have a 5S that is NOT in a case. I know - asking for trouble. I work from home and I'm a homebody. Except the day I had it in a shirt pocket and headed out for the mail. It survived the drop to the cement floor with only a small ding on the corner of the case. I got lucky as far as the way it landed. But it still works perfectly.
My iPad that took the same fall from my chair to the garage floor (I used to smoke out there) - not so much. Cracked the screen.
Now I'm thinking how to create a Survivor case for Provari / KFL combos!
I bought Chloe an Otterbox Defender case at the same time as her Ipad mini. Well worth the $70 investment. It's taken more than it's fair share of falls, and even came bouncing down the stairs once when she was juggling too many things. Over a year now, and no damage.

Order placed for a mech with a design I can love. The Panzer is great, no doubt, but the feel of it wasn't for me. I went with an HCigar Stingray from Vape Royalty for $40. This one just called out to me. Paid a little more, but it does come with a cool drip tip. I may even use it in 18350 mode, because I have to limit my Magma time until I get some lower nic.

Buy 4' wire fencing any retailer. (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.) Dig a trench one shovel wide and one shovel deep along the Base of Fence. If ground is soft, you can just turn each shovelful over and save the grass when you turn it back. Lay wire fencing into trench so it curls down and in. Fasten to Wood Fence, and return soil.
Next time your buddy tries to dig, his paws will scrape the buried wire fencing. No more digging. Trust me, I've done this...
One good mech that was not a bottom feeding box mod..

Finally caught up....
Interesting end of the work day. Get back from overnight run, signup for Monday, refuel, and get my paperwork together for end of week. (I like to get paid for all of this driving I do). Walk into Main Offices, and all of the company Supervisors are standing around the front door just inside the Lobby. 'Excuse me' and duck through on my way to Transportation Office. My Supervisor ducks in, holds up a check to the Lady who handles Drivers Logs, Mileage Sheets, Dispatch Records, Pay Sheets, etc., and says "This is His Check". Then He places the paycheck into the Safe and closes it, then returns to Lobby.
"what's going on ?" I ask quietly.
"One of the Drivers threatened to come in here and go off." she quietly responded.
"But I though y'all just called the Police for that sort of thing?" I replied. She just went back to her paperwork.
But you know what ? It's Friday ! Time to park the Freightliner, get into my F-150 and leave that place in the rearview.
So I did just that. Probably be one less driver come Monday, but it won't be me...

Oh no! Mech Wars!
Nope, no war. Just a little good-natured ribbing. That's what makes this place enjoyable- our Moderator is not a Elitist Snob, he's just one of us ! Add Robin, and an occasional 'Hello' from ClassWife, and we got the best Moderators in the whole Forum !
