I have verizon, pretty good coverage but they arent cheap.... calls can get garbled on a rare occasion, and I may get 1 or 2 dropped calls every 5-6 weeks.... usually good signal strength 99% of the time
There was an add benefit for getting a good sleep. I had gained a lot of weight around the middle in the course of the year before I got checked. After I started using the CPAP I went from 265lbs down to about 220lbs in 6 months. Not saying it happens to everyone but it did for me.

And I'm having to pound the pavement and diet to lose weight.
Seriously though, I read an article that lack of sleep can cause weight gain. I got my memory foam mattress topper and sleep like a baby. I really think the good sleep helps with my weight loss. Did you know that getting enough sleep is the #1 cause for happiness? I took a nap today.

It has a chemical smell....even through the bottle. Just holding it I could smell it through the plastic, it is a liquid, not a powder. I think I will go ahead and get what they recommend. Rick did a mix, 1 part to 5 parts, in a bucket and poured it onto a section.....just to see what it would do
The nut. Turned orange, which it said it would do, when in contact with the mold and algae. The orange color is supposed to fade. Since it turned that color, I believe that the mix was correct.

But calories from beer is my downfall.
I haven't had a beer in over twenty-one years, and I'm still gaining weight ! But I have a wife who can cook !
In fact something in the oven smells good- Peach Upside-Down Cake, maybe ? I saw fresh peaches on the counter earlier, and whatever she's baking is one of those Whole-in-the-Middle type baking things...
Whatever it is, it'll taste good- It's Mamaw !
EDIT; Angel's Food Cake. Peaches are for Mamaw. Still good though ....

He'd be happier if his Dad would let him drive it. But not until we call the insurance company Monday.
I'm down to 196 RJ, that makes 39 lbs since December 5th last year. It's really slow going now.
